Most companies are trying to maximize their online presence by advertising  in sites with a high volume of traffic. Obviously we want to be able to advertise in those places were people are most likely to see our product or service, thus increasing the likelihood of getting more conversions  to get more sales.

Currently worldwide there is 4.54 billion people using the internet, this is more or less about 60% of the worlds population. Sounds like a big number? Well it is forecasted that by 2030 these percentages will increment  to 90% of the  worlds population.

So, during our contemporary times it can be considered that the Internet is a tool that all business depend on to carry out their overall processes and to further engage with clients.

We can say the  former is an axiom, which is inherent in all business practices. In addition to global efforts in an attempt to control the spread of COVID-19 by maintaining social distancing many companies began having their staff working remotely without having to have their  day to day operations interrupted.

Now, throughout  this unforeseen seen moment, it is a necessity to leverage these digital capabilities to ensure  the survival of our business activities, to guarantee the safety of others and continue assisting our clients. Throughout this article my goal is to share different technologies that will help leverage and safeguard your business activities during COVID-19.

Instagram and Facebook

We all have a friend or family member who is an active user. That is just the bare surface of this technology! What if an active Facebook user can see your services? Exactly! The goal is to leverage ourselves by attempting to have a strong social presence in channels like this that have a high volume of user's. The graph below shows an up to date number of users currently using different social media platforms. Facebook ranks 1st  and Instagram doesn't fall too far behind. Might as well ride the wave  by  advertising in both platforms, since most people will be spending a great amount of time in social media during this pandemic.

Videoconferencing

This has enabled team members to interact together regardless of physical location, which enables us to speed up business. This helps increase overall productivity  by optimizing attendance from dispersed internal teams and clients, such as circumstances like this (Covid19).The information or topics that needed to be shared during the meeting can also remain at the disposal of everyone since they can be recorded and seen at a later point in time, rather than delaying or not attending the meetings.

Digital File Sharing and Storage

Sharing information has never been easier. Technologies such as Dropbox and Google Docs make it possible for all members of an organization to access documents whenever they need to from anywhere. Using encrypted channels as the ones above, also help companies in storing  sensitive data from thieves. Among other benefits of electronic file processing is not just how the data is stored, but how it is utilized! Digitizing information helps reduce unnecessary costs by enabling staff complete habitual work in less time. For example, a person having to look for a contact by their name! We can get this done in seconds by just having the list in a Google Doc Excel spreadsheet.

E-mail Marketing

Is a very inexpensive avenue to reach everybody, plus  we can now more than ever cover more surface area with the click of a button. One click is all it takes to deliver a message to thousands of people. As we've all heard many times we want to work smart not necessarily hard! I've seen some work environments with archaic marketing endeavors were they are still cold calling prospects, this is inefficient, not cost effective and has a low yield in return. In the other hand by automating an email series we can nurture leads and convey a desired message in seconds!

Referrals and Partnership

Adding a new service to increase your revenue is nothing new, but in times of economic uncertainty it it is something worth considering. By referring PIP litigation cases to GED Lawyers, the  opportunities are endless.

Whether you do not practice in this arena  or perhaps you do, but  currently handling other matters; you can continue doing your day to day tasks while we do the legwork for you. The entire referral process is seamless, Ged Lawyers does all the work for you!

From the intake to closing the file after litigation. Current trends in the market, such as the one below are indicative of the rising number  of litigation cases.  Its never been a better time than now to take advantage of this momentum.
